Orders are processed within 1-2 working days and dispatched within 1-3 working days. Working days are Monday - Friday, Excluding Bank Holidays.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 - 2 Days estimated Delivery and so should be received within 5 days of the dispatch date, Excluding Sundays and Bank holidays.
If you are out at the time of delivery then a "While you were out" card will left at your address containing information on how to get your parcel.
Please note that Royal Mail deliveries can take longer than the estimated time frame & we can not refund or resend items that have not arrived until 15 days from the due delivery date. This is a Royal Mail Rule.
New Royal Mail rules state that only 4 items of fragrance can be sent in any one package and so if you do purchase more than 4 items of fragrance from us then you will receive more than one package and possible on different delivery days.

RETURNING ITEMS
We offer a 30 day Money Back guarantee on all items that are sealed if for any reason you change your mind and decide that you no longer want the item.
Please contact us through the web site stating your wish to return the item and your reason behind your change of mind.
You must return the item in the same condition as you received it in, Still in perfect sealed condition with no marks, scratches etc.

If an item you receive is not sealed (as a lot are) and you decide that you no longer want the item then we still offer a money back guarantee but certain rules apply.
On the same day you receive the item and once you have decided it is no longer wanted you must contact us stating you no longer would like the item and your reason behind the change of mind.

PLAIN HANDY ATOMISERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AS THESE CAN BE TAMPERED WITH

In both cases all items returned must be unopened & unused.
We cannot refund any postage costs for returning unwanted items.
We also do not offer free returns when the mistake of the purchase is with the customer!
We do offer FREE returns when the mistake is with us!

All Return & Refund issues will be handled within 1-3 days of notification.


UNHAPPY WITH AN ITEM
Unfortunately sometimes items are not quite as you expected them to be, this could be due to a number of situations but in all circumstances we will 100% rectify a situation one way or another.
If you do find yourself in this situation then don't worry, just Contact Us and we will resolve any issues you have.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED CLAIM
If we dispatched a fragrance or replacement perfume to you and you claim the item wasn't there on arrival we'll need you to sign an "un received item" claim form. This covers us for this item but legally binds yourself that the item hasn't been received. You can be prosecuted for a false claim.
